| Overview |
The d.gen Heracle is a true industrial direct textile printer which is setting a new standard for productivity, quality and efficiency. Using state of the art “Dual Print Carriage Technology” for unperformed high-speed printing capabilities, Heracle enables you to produce a sample well as final product for your customer within a few hours and production will cost less or equal to traditional printing when you produce so called ”medium runs” of about 1500 yards.
The Heracle uses a unique sticky belt feeding system and wrinkle removal expander to allow printing on elastic fabrics such as spandex, chiffon, mesh while the integrated washing unit eliminates any ink stains that may have penetrated through the fabric. These unique features offer unlimited business opportunities for quick production of high-end fashion and other fabric decorated materials, such as scarves, neckties, bags, sportswear, bedding, linen, drapes, table covers, window treatments and many more.

Options: HEATMAN 74 is an optional Heat Activation unit for Heracle. For textiles printed with Disperse Dye ink or Pigment ink, d.gen HeatMAN fixes the color through heat activation instead of steaming. After fixing the color with the HeatMAN, washing may be necessary to eliminate excess ink from the fabric.
