All Graphic Supplies Return Policy
- All return has to be requested in the 30 days following the invoicing day.
- Any return has to be authorized by an AGS employee, and has to be identified with the RTN number.
- The product has to be received by AGS in the 7 days following the creation of the RTN number.
- Items returned without an RTN number won’t be accepted.
Defective product:
The customer has to provide proof of the defect with the returned product.
If the customer doesn’t provide a proof of defect, AGS will consider the return as a customer’s error.
AGS will only refund the defective material and will not cover any other expenses or charges.
Shipping charges:
The shipping charges for returning the product to AGS and to re-ship a new product will be paid by AGS. AGS will organize UPS to collect the defective good at the customer’s place using UPS Ground, and will ship a replacement with the same shipping method as the original invoice.
Refund based on:
Based on the product received.
The refund will be based on the ratio of product returned. Printed material will be included in this calculation. (Weight calculation)
No restocking fees are applied to return for defective product.
Credit:
Credit will be issued only after confirmation of the defect and calculation of the amount received (if apply).

The shipping charges for returning the product to AGS and to re-ship a new product will be paid by AGS. AGS will organize UPS to collect the wrong product at the customer’s place using UPS Ground, and will ship a replacement with the same shipping method as the original invoice.

Credit:
Credit will be issued only after reception of the goods and confirmation that it matches the return.
Customer’s error:

The customer will have to pay for shipping back the product to AGS.

Restocking fees:
If the product is not open and in sellable condition: 15%
If at least 50% of the product is received in sellable condition: 60%
If less than 50% of the product is received in sellable condition: no refund.
Credit:
Credit will be issued only after reception of goods and verification of the amount return.
Exceptions:
Software had to be returned unopened in their original packaging.
Ink cartridges have to be return in their sealed original packaging.
