Pledge of Customer Satisfaction:
AGS stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will be happy to provide a return authorization number ( RTN # ). If the issue at hand is due to a manufacturer's defect or an AGS error, we will pay for the return shipping costs, and no restocking fees will apply.
With your patience and understanding of our policies, AGS will do it’s best to ensure a timely and fair handling of your return.
Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Only items authorized for return and listed on the RTN will be credited.
Returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Special orders and cut rolls cannot be returned.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a credit.
Restocking charges of 15% will apply for returns that are neither manufacturer’s defect or at AGS fault;
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
